This Web site is owned and operated by TutorJapan.com (Yukai Planning Co., Ltd.). The materials used and displayed in this Web site, including but not limited to text, software, photos, graphics, video, music and sound, names, and logos are the property of Yukai Planning Co., Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You are not allowed to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of Yukai Planning Co., Ltd.

2. Applicable scope and revision of this agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to all the users of TutorJapan.com who register as native language tutors. Our services are available only to individuals who legally reside in JAPAN. We may revise this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on our Web site.

3. Service contents

Our Web site provides only services to use connection system in which tutors post their information and learners can deliver message to the tutors found by search to ask tutors to contact directly to begin teaching. Our services are for this connection ONLY, with no other guarantees or obligations stated or implied.

4. Accuracy and removal of information

When you register your record, you must describe yourself accurately.  Any record found to contain deliberate falsehoods will be removed without notification.

5. Denial of registration

TutorJapan.com may deny the registration if the applicant corresponds to any of the following.

(1) In case it is found that the applicant's registration was denied or the his/her record was removed for violation of the agreement in the past.

(2) In case the contents of sign-up or registration is found false.

(3) In case we decide it is not appropriate to provide membership to the applicant.

6. Eligibility of members

Tutors who register in our database must be individuals who legally reside in Japan.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of TutorJapan.com is at your own risk. Neither TutorJapan.com nor any of its affiliates, agents, representatives shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages or inconvenience arising out of your access or use, the service and the sites and the information available on the service and the sites, or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service and the sites. Your hereby waive any and all claims against TutorJapan.com (Yukai Planning Co., Ltd.) and its affiliates , agents, representatives arising out of your use of the service and the sites and the information available thereon.

8. Prohibited matters

We prohibit the following actions or behaviors regarding the use of the service and the sites.

(1) Acts to hamper the operation of this service, to impair credit of this service, this Web site, and our company.

(2) Description of false name, profile, or personation of other people.

(3) Infringement of copyright, portrait rights, property, trust, or privacy of other members, our company, or any third party.

(4) Acts connected to political or religious activities.

(5) Acts to offend public order and morals, criminal acts and acts related to any crimes.

(6) Acts to contact or try to contact students for other purposes than teaching.

(7) Acts to copy or reprint contents of the search and information of other members or students.

(8) Acts to register as an individual tutor by any groups composed of more than one person.

(9) Other acts against the policy or purpose of this site or this company.

9. Action against violation of this agreement

If there is any action of a member to violate this agreement or if a member damages this service, TutorJapan.com has the right to take legal actions such as compensation claim against the member in question.

10. Conflict between members

In case there is any conflict between members or between a member and any third person regarding the information provided through this system, the member shall solve the conflict on one's own responsibility and cost. The member never damages this service or our company in such cases.

11. Abort or halt of the service

TutorJapan.com has the right to abort, halt, or alter the service without notification to members if any of the following situations happen.

(1) Maintenance or works for the system are needed.

(2) In case there happen fire, wars, expropriation or confiscation for public needs, embargo or act of God.

(3) In case any system problem occurs.

(4) Other similar reasons on operation as those mentioned above.

(5) Due to any cause not within its control including, without limitation, lock-outs, strikes, other industrial disputes, riots or civil commotion, wars, expropriation or confiscation for public needs, embargo or act of God.
